BODE Hub

Running a lot of client sites at once means a lot of logins, several different ways of getting paid, and no single place that shows you how any of it is doing. Hub is what we built to fix that for ourselves.

Every store, one place

Hub holds the Shopify authorization for every client store in one vault, so our tooling can reach any of them without anyone digging for credentials. The client CRM lives there too, next to the stores it belongs to.

One invoice per client, per month

Revenue share, hosting, and retainers used to be three separate billing conversations with the same person. Hub pulls all three into a single Stripe invoice per client per month, generated on its own.

It also tracks the work as it happens, so the billing reflects what was actually done rather than what somebody remembered at the end of the month. And it watches search visibility and a health score for every site, which is usually how we notice a problem on a client site before the client does.

Nobody outside BODE will ever log into Hub, which is exactly why it is listed here. It is the proof that we build products, not just websites ... this one just happens to have one client, and it is us.
